As babies we all came onto the planet knowing that we were lovable, enough and that everything was available to us. The negative beliefs that hold us back are acquired along the way and therefore not part of who we truly are.
With this in mind I see all my clients as being intrinsically healthy, happy and whole. It is my most sincere wish to help you shed the beliefs that you have acquired in order to help you re-discover the truly wonderful and limitless human being that you are.
It is my mission to use Rapid Transformational Therapy and to teach the principles of the Law of Attraction to help you step back into your power and start living the life you want.
Are you new to therapy ?
If you already are comfortable with therapy and coaching, great! If, however, you are new to therapy and feel a bit apprehensive about talking to a "complete stranger", I understand how you feel, because that is completely normal. In fact, I have yet to meet anyone who did not feel that way at first.
Because, truth be told, it may be a step outside of your comfort zone. That is at least how I felt in the very beginning. But, that initial feeing was quickly replaced with a sense of joy and a bubbling courage to weed out yet more of my fears, and a newfound drive to discover more about my fascinating "internal wiring". I also felt proud of myself for finally taking action and doing something about the things in my life I was not happy about.
Today I work to promote that using therapy and coaching for our emotional aches and pains should be as common place seeking treatment for a broken leg or for toothache, and I am passionate about showing how much we can gain by caring for and taking responsibility for our mental and emotional health in equal measures with our physical health.

Debunking some myths about hypnosis
If you are new to hypnosis, let me debunk some of the misconceptions about hypnosis, largely created by the entertainment industry. Hypnosis is not at all about being asleep or being out of control. During RTT we use hypnosis to access the subconscious which is a completely natural state of inward focus. It is similar to the experience of a flow state much like being totally absorbed whilst watching a movie.
Hypnosis induces an optimal state of focus which allows you to bridge the gap between your conscious and subconscious mind which is the place that holds all the answers. This heightened state of focus gives your mind more control, not less. This is what one of my clients said about her experience of hypnosis:
